Refund Policy at Nora Consulting

Below is the matrix followed for refund calculation. For any other reason, not cited below, we do not offer any refund of the amount paid.

Excess Amount Paid	Within 30 Days of Payment Date	Full excess amount paid shall be refunded
Work not received on time	We guarantee on-time work completion. However, it is important to note that all work submissions guaranteed to be delivered on a bank-holiday or Sunday shall be submitted the next working day.	100% amount shall be refunded if the work is not delivered on time. However, if the client does not raise a request for work to be cancelled and the work gets delivered after the due date, refund shall not be applicable.
Revisions not completed	Within 7 days of receiving the revised work.	Maximum upto 25% of the amount paid may be refunded if all the revisions possible as per the revision policy were not completed.
Referral Cash Backs	Within 30 days of the payment received from your referred client.	We offer a 10% cash back for our existing clients who refer new clients to us. 10% of the amount paid by the referred client is offered as cash back to the existing client for his/her future orders.
Pass or Grade not achieved	Not Applicable	Since ours is a consulting service, we are not liable for pass, acceptance, approval or achieving a particular grade.
